For our customer in the telecom industry, we are looking for a Test manager

General tasks: 

• Create functional testcases from requirements. 
• Communicate and report to Release Train Manager and business to facilitate UAT. 
• Enhance regression test suite (e.g., in SoapUI Rest interface or other tools/framework) 
• Coordinate test activities in several Agile teams 

Experience: 

• Hands-on testing 
• E2E test management 
• Documentation and reporting 
• Requirements for test environments and test data 
• Mobile and TV software testing (Telecom) 
• Test Automation 
• Working in an international environment with teams in different countries 
• Jira/Confluence/Trello 
• Test execution tools (TestRail) 

Personal qualifications: 

• Outgoing and proactive 
• Good communication skills with the ability to work in teams as well as independently. 
• Be able see the big picture and coordinate across teams. 
• Working language: English and Norwegian (written and spoken) 

Formal education: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Relevant experience and competence can compensate for a lack of qualification. 
• Test certification such as ISTQB, etc.
